BPXC TRACK CLUB SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAMAdult FitnessThis is an 8 week program that focuses on total body strengthening withbody weight and resistance exercises. We create a balanced neuromuscularfoundation for your growing students to build strength, speed and ability inany sport. This program can be done in conjunction with the morning weightlifting programs or as a stand alone strength and conditioning program. Students interested in participating in Junior Olympic track and field will stayat 7pm to complete their running workouts as well as their technique andspecialties training. *Grades reflect the upcoming 26-27 school year.Spring/Summer 2026 -

Expect opportunities to lift weights, get your cardio fix and work with challenging equipment and fitness schemes that push everyone at their own pace. We do team challenges monthly, nutrition challenges that athletes can participate in and so much more to build our community, Belle Plaine Strong!
