Adult Fitness -
Fall 2025

BPXC’s Summer Strength and Conditioning program focuses on total body strength building, using a variety of resistance equipment and body weight exercises in the fresh air out at the track. Join this fun group of adults to build muscle, burn calories and improve your cardiovascular health. Families welcome. Adults interested in improving running techniques, working on track specialties and/or participating in Master’s track & field are welcome to stay at the track for additional practice from 7-8pm.
