BPXC TRACK CLUB SUMMER STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
Youth Recreation -
Spring/Summer 2026
This is an 8 week program that focuses on total body strengthening with
body weight and resistance exercises. We create a balanced neuromuscular
foundation for your growing students to build strength, speed and ability in
any sport. This program can be done in conjunction with the morning weight
lifting programs or as a stand alone strength and conditioning program.
Students interested in participating in Junior Olympic track and field will stay
at 7pm to complete their running workouts as well as their technique and
specialties training. *Grades reflect the upcoming 26-27 school year.
