This program is for all boys and girls starting to form the basic foundations of wrestling at an easy to learn pace with transitions to experienced level wrestling. This program offers basic tumbling, level changes, good positioning, body control, and a strong emphasis on athletic development in a fun and safe environment.

Practice days & time schedules will be discussed at the parent meeting on Tuesday October 21st @ 5:45pm in the Jordan High School Auditorium.

Wrestlers Must be 4 years old by November 1st.

Depending on the number of Girls that sign up we would look to separate to a girls only practices.
